Your appointments are very important to our team members of The Hair Collective, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that some schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, for standard appointments we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. 

For  appointments that require a large amount of time ( 3 + hours ) extensions, colour corrections etc, require 48 hours notice of cancellations or you will be charged a $60 fee at your next service. 

We do understand that emergency situations do come up. However we do ask for a quick phone call so that no necessary charges needed to be made. We do our very best to respect all of our clients appointment times, so in return we ask for you to respect our time and the time of our clients waiting to get into the studio also.
